  • This website has no forms. It does not collect your name, email or business details directly.
  • Booking a call happens on cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy.
  • We use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to understand site traffic, not to identify individual visitors.

1. What this site collects

This website is a static marketing site. It has no contact form, no account system and no database, so it does not directly collect your name, email address or business details.

If you click through to book a call, that happens on cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. Any information you provide there (such as your name, email and the details of your enquiry) is collected and processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, not this one.

If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a reasonable business record, as set out in section 5.

2. Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate site traffic, such as which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. This does not use tracking cookies and does not attempt to identify you personally.

The analytics service is Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., which also hosts this website. It records page views along with general details such as your country, browser and device type. It stores nothing on your device.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Where we do process personal data, being your correspondence if you email us, or aggregate analytics about site usage, we rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

  • Legitimate interest: responding to enquiries you send us, and understanding how our website is used so we can improve it.
  • Consent: where you choose to book a call via Cal.com, governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy and consent mechanisms.

4. How your data is stored

Email correspondence is stored in Google Workspace. Call bookings and any information you provide when scheduling are stored by Cal.com. Both are established providers with their own data protection and security measures.

5. Data retention

We keep email correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond to you, maintain a reasonable business record, and meet any legal, regulatory or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time, subject to those obligations.
